Wedges can be paired with anything! Add iron/protein rich food such as meat, fish, plant based alternative or a butter bean or hummus dip.

Tato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp preferred oil
  • 8 baby potatoes (washed, pat dried and cut into wedges - peel skin if your little is under 9 months)
  • 1 tbsp Little Supper Club Tato Wedge Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C or gas mark 6.
  • Prep potatoes and throw into an oven tray then add oil and Little Supper Club Tato Wedge Seasoning, mix well.
  • Make sure your potatoes aren’t overlapping and stick in the oven for 25-30 mins. Shake tray occasionally for an even cook.
